The U.S. Dairy Export Council is the sole owner and provider of the Export Guide Mobile Application (henceforth known as the App or as the Export Guide App"). Access to the App is governed by the terms of your membership in the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC). By downloading this App you agree not to use this or share this outside your organization. USDEC may use a variety of technologies to verify your compliance. As a registered user of this application you will be required to use USDEC-provided log-in credentials for access. These are provided exclusively to each individual within a member organization and are not, under any circumstances, to be shared. Again, USDEC will use technologies at its disposal to verify compliance. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in forfeiture of access to member-only content.

Privacy

No information gathered through this site will be used for purposes other than those explicitly stated and to ensure proprietary usage of this application. Data is gathered at an aggregate level for U.S. Dairy Export Council purposes only, and to track which documents are downloaded and how often. Documents are also tracked to ensure proprietary usage of the Export Guide Mobile Application.
