USDEC Policies and Section 508 Compliance

The U.S. Dairy Export Council prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, political beliefs, marital status, military status, and arrest or conviction record.

USDEC is committed to providing web content and materials that comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. If the format or content on www.usdec.org inhibits accessibility or if you require alternative means of communication of program information (Braille, large print, audio type, etc.), please contact Dan Ingram, USDEC's Director of Information Resources, at (703) 528-3049. For more information about Section 508, visit the Civil Rights Division homepage. To file a complaint of discrimination, write USDA, Director, Office of Civil Rights, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20250-9410 or call (800) 795-3272 or (202) 720-6382 (TDD).

A significant portion of USDEC's funding is provided by U.S. dairy farmers' check-off dollars, and USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service, pursuant to laws intended to promote U.S. dairy products. Therefore, certain USDEC materials such as those that may have been mentioned in this website will be made available only to USDEC members, U.S. farmers, and processors and exporters of U.S. dairy products.

Any amendments to this policy will be posted in this section.
