This study details dairy ingredient and cheese market development in Vietnam and rising dairy consumption. It analyzes food and beverage category trends and assesses current and projected growth for dairy ingredient and cheese imports. Opportunities for expansion of U.S. exports and supplier capabilities are outlined with specific regard to developments in trade relations over the past decade.
