Describes the Southeast Asian cheese markets of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam as well as the United States' position in these markets. Also provided is analysis of valuable prospects and opportunities for U.S. exporters to develop in the next 5 years. This study focuses on natural and specialty cheeses, processed cheese, grated and powdered cheeses, fresh cheese and curd, and blue vein cheese.
