• 8.00am – 4.00pm: Ingredients Advisory Group Meeting 
• 9.00am – 4.00pm: One-on-One Consultations with Cheese & Consumer Products Marketing Team
• 6.30pm – 8.30pm: Reception for both USDEC Committee members (at the Royal Sonesta hotel)

Wednesday, Oct. 7

• 8.00am – 4.00pm: Cheese & Consumer Products Advisory Group Meeting 
• 9.00am – 4.00pm: One-on-One Consultations with Ingredients Marketing Team
