U.S. Dairy Protein Trade and Innovation Seminar

A U.S. Dairy Protein Trade and Innovation Seminar will be held in mid‑November in Taipei, bringing together food and beverage buyers and formulators to explore the expansive health‑ and wellness‑driven innovation opportunities made possible with U.S. whey and milk protein ingredients. U.S. dairy proteins are an all‑in‑one ingredient solution that ticks the boxes on multiple factors sought by the food industry such as functionality, sensory performance, sustainable supply, versatility, and more. Taiwan‑based food innovation experts will also unveil new locally tailored product concepts featuring U.S. dairy proteins that align with Taiwanese consumers' taste, texture, and nutritional preferences.
With active participation from USDEC members, the seminar will further underscore the U.S. dairy community's long‑term commitment to the Taiwan market and highlight why the United States remains a strong, reliable, and forward‑looking supply partner for meeting the island's current and future dairy protein needs.
