On August 3, preceding the Food Ingredients South America (FISA) trade show, USDEC will host a seminar highlighting the nutritional advantages of dairy proteins and introducing new opportunities for product innovation tailored to Brazilian consumers' nutrition priorities. The seminar will engage Brazilian sports nutrition processors and food and beverage manufacturers, emphasizing the nutritional advantages of and opportunities for innovation with U.S. dairy proteins.

With a special focus on sports and active adult nutrition, the seminar will showcase how U.S. whey and milk proteins can support active lifestyle priorities and deliver key nutritional and formulation benefits over alternative proteins.
