The U.S. Dairy Export Council, in partnership with Jiangnan University, is pleased to host a one day seminar on May 20th, 2026, in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, China. The event will explore the versatility, functionality, and innovation potential of U.S. dairy ingredients in today's food and beverage landscape.

The morning session will focus on U.S. dairy proteins, while the afternoon will highlight U.S. dairy permeate ingredients. A distinguished lineup of local and international experts will highlight:

  • The nutritional benefits and functional advantages of U.S. dairy ingredients
  • Technical considerations for formulation across diverse food and beverage applications
  • Global trade and U.S. supply capabilities
  • Insights into emerging market trends and evolving consumer demands
  • How U.S. dairy solutions can help manufacturers meet the needs of today's discerning consumers

The invited participants will include decision makers and R&D staff of local food & beverage manufacturers.
