USDEC will host in-country workshops on November 2 & 3, 2026, to train participants on how and why to use U.S. dairy ingredients to manufacture native Peruvian cheeses and dairy products. Classroom and hands-on sessions will be featured. Participants will primarily include small-to medium-sized Peruvian native cheese and dairy processors.
