USDEC will host an in-country workshop on November 11, 2026, to train participants on how and why to use U.S. dairy ingredients to manufacture native Colombian cheeses and dairy products. Classroom and hands-on sessions will be featured. Participants will primarily include small-to medium-sized Colombian native cheese and dairy processors.
