Active Lifestyles Workshop
July 8–9, 2026
Singapore
USDEC's second innovation workshop of the year is coming up on July 8-9 at the U.S. Center for Dairy Excellence (U.S. CDE) in Singapore. With a theme of healthy active lifestyles, this exclusive workshop will focus on the innovative uses of U.S. dairy proteins and ingredients in products that fit the unique nutritional and lifestyle needs across different life stages, from young adults to middle-aged to silver years.
Designed for food and beverage formulators from across Southeast Asia, the event will offer valuable insights into the nutritional and functional benefits of U.S. dairy (whey, milk and casein) proteins, along with insights on consumer interests, concerns and priorities as they prepare for unique nutritional needs at different phases of life.
The workshop will be led by Joanne Tey, USDEC Southeast Asia's Senior Manager of Food Applications and Innovation, with additional presentations by Registered Dietitian Leslie Bonci, USDEC's Anoo Pothen, Vice President, Strategic Insights, and others.
At the close of Day 2, USDEC members will also have the opportunity to engage directly with participants, showcasing company capabilities and product offerings to a targeted audience of industry professionals.
