Healthy Snacking Workshop

On March 25-26, 2026, USDEC will host a Healthy Snacking Workshop at the U.S. Center for Dairy Excellence (U.S. CDE) in Singapore. This two-day event will give Southeast Asian formulators an in-depth look at healthy snack applications using U.S. dairy ingredients.
The workshop will highlight the functional benefits and formulation considerations of U.S. dairy proteins, milk powders and permeate in creating regionally relevant, health-focused snacks.
Designed for R&D teams and industry professionals across the snacking sector, the program will deliver actionable insights into evolving consumer preferences and the innovation opportunities they present. Sessions will also explore nutrition strategies to help tailor products for health-conscious consumers.
Participating U.S. suppliers will have the opportunity to network with attendees and showcase how they can support end-users throughout the formulation process.
