Snacks are a bright growth opportunity in Southeast Asia. This research explores consumer snacking behavior and needs. The findings identify potential in many end-use categories to formulate snacks made with U.S. dairy ingredients, particularly in products that balance taste and health. USDEC programs in the region are also actively seizing this snacking opportunity via in-market activities.
