This report examines Sub-Sahara Africa from the perspective of affordable milk products. This three-volume report looks at Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa in detail but also summarizes opportunities for secondary markets including: Côte d'Ivoire, Malawi, Uganda and Zimbabwe. Positive and negative aspects of each country are addressed, this includes factors such as: corruption, regulations, potential partners and barriers to entry. Additionally, retail products and ready-to-use therapeutic food products (RTUFs) are explained.
