This study updates a 2007 varietal report and includes country-by-country data for eight cheese types: cheddar, cream cheese, Edam, Gouda, mozzarella, Parmesan, processed cheese and Swiss/Emmental. The report contains historical production, import, export and consumption data back to 2003 and projections to 2016 by cheese and country.
