This report provides an understanding of the dairy markets in Burma, Cambodia and Laos and recommends a road map for future U.S. dairy industry engagement. The study focuses on opportunities for dairy ingredients, specifically low- to medium-value products such as SMP, NFDM, whey powder, whey permeate and lactose.
