USDEC will host a U.S. Dairy Ingredients Seminar in Medellín, Colombia on July 7, convening dairy ingredient buyers and food and beverage manufacturers from across the South American market. Taking place ahead of USDEC's participation in Expo IAlimentos in Bogotá, Colombia on July 9-10, the seminar is designed to strengthen U.S. suppliers' engagement with customers in the region and highlight the value of the U.S. dairy industry as a trusted, long-term supplier of dairy ingredients to meet their formulation needs.

The program will showcase the breadth of the U.S. dairy ingredient portfolio, with a focus on the industry's supply capabilities and commitment to customer success. Presentations will explore how U.S. dairy ingredients support a wide range of food and beverage applications to meet market demand, while also addressing the global dairy supply outlook and key factors influencing the demand landscape for dairy ingredients, including evolving consumer preferences and product trends.

Participants will gain insight into the future direction of U.S. dairy production and exports, including how ongoing investments in capacity and ingredient innovation position the United States to support the market's evolving demands.

Dedicated tabletop engagement will provide USDEC members with the opportunity to connect directly with attendees ahead of continued engagement at Expo IAlimentos.
