USDEC invites members to register for a space in the USDEC booth (located in the USA Pavilion) at the Food Ingredient China (FIC) Trade Show, March 17-19, 2027, in Shanghai.

FIC is one of the world's largest professional trade shows in the field of food additives and ingredients, and the largest show in the ingredients industry in China, covering all aspects of the food and beverage industries. The three-day event also offers conferences and technical seminars with the latest news on food science and technology. USDA calls it a reliable platform from which to access the Chinese market. Earlier this year, FIC 2026 attracted more than 1,697 exhibitors and 93,200 professional food industry visitors.

The USDEC Ingredients Marketing team has six spaces open for members to reserve free of charge. Space is limited, and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-ups are now open.
