On June 6, USDEC will host a Healthy Snacking Innovation Seminar in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The seminar will introduce bright opportunities for better-for-you snacking innovation leveraging U.S. dairy ingredients. Vietnamese food industry professionals will explore actionable insights into local consumer behaviors and accompanying food innovation opportunities. Nutrition considerations for tailoring product offerings to align with health-conscious consumers' demands will reinforce dairy ingredient formulation benefits. Participating U.S. suppliers will have the opportunity to network with participants and introduce how they can be an ideal partner for Vietnamese end-users on their product formulation journeys.
