New this year, Taiwan has been added as a key target market for conducting USDEC ingredient marketing programs with a focus on elevating health and wellness centric innovation opportunities with U.S. whey and milk proteins. A U.S. Dairy Protein Trade and Innovation Seminar will be held September 30 in Taipei, inviting food and beverage buyers and formulators to share the limitless health and wellness positioned innovation opportunities possible with U.S. whey and milk protein ingredients. Taiwan-based food innovation experts will also share new local-friendly product concepts made with U.S. dairy proteins that align with Taiwanese consumers' taste and texture preferences and nutritional aims. Through active participation of USDEC members in the event, the seminar will also reinforce the U.S. dairy community's commitment to the Taiwan market while reinforcing why the United States is a strong and ideal supply partner to support the island's current and future dairy protein import needs.
