U.S. Dairy Protein Innovation Seminar - Unlocking Next-Level Nutrition and Protein Utilization

USDEC will be hosting a U.S. Dairy Protein Innovation trade seminar themed "Unlocking Next-Level Nutrition and Protein Utilization" in Seoul targeting R&D and management staff of health and wellness centric food and beverage manufacturers, importers and distributors. Taking place on May 21 at the Ambassador Seoul Hotel from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and coinciding with USDEC's Health and Wellness Ingredient Study Visit to Korea, the seminar aims to spur expanded usage and innovation with U.S. dairy ingredients for mainstream protein-boosted health and wellness applications.

Mary Wilcox, Founder of Significant Outcomes, LLC, is a featured speaker who will be highlighting the nutritional, functional, and versatility advantages of U.S. dairy proteins as the complete package and ideal ingredient solution for innovating sustainability-minded health and wellness applications. Kara McDonald, vice president, Global Marketing Communications at USDEC, will also be moderating a panel discussion with U.S. dairy ingredient suppliers spotlighting U.S. origin whey and milk protein advantages compared to other origins and alternative proteins. The seminar will also touch on the export situation and outlook for dairy protein ingredients, as well as protein and product consumer trends in Asia.
