Korean Society of Food Science and Technology Conference

USDEC will participate in the Korean Society of Food Science and Technology (KoSFoST) International Symposium and Annual Meeting as a high-profile customer engagement platform to highlight the nutrition, functionality, versatility, taste, and sustainability of U.S. dairy proteins while positively differentiating U.S. dairy proteins from plant and other protein alternatives.
KoSFoST is a voluntary, nonprofit scientific association that advances knowledge and disseminates scientific and technical information and training to the food industry while also fostering innovation. Over 3,000 food industry professionals, students and government representatives are expected to attend.
