USDEC invites members to register for a space in the USDEC booth (located in the USA Pavilion) at the Food Ingredient China (FIC) Trade Show, March 17-19, 2026, in Shanghai.

The USDEC Ingredients Marketing team has six spaces open for members to reserve free of charge. Space is limited, and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. USDEC members interested in securing a place in the USDEC booth should reach out to Suzanna Stohr sstohr@usdec.org.

FIC is one of the world's largest professional trade shows in the field of food additives and ingredients, and the largest show in the ingredients industry in China, covering all aspects of the food and beverage industries. The three-day event also offers conferences and technical seminars with the latest news on food science and technology. USDA calls it a reliable platform from which to access the Chinese market. This year's FIC 2025 attracted more than 1,670 exhibitors and 91,530 professional food industry visitors.
