USDEC will participate in the 17th National Nutrition Science Congress (CNSC) organized by China Nutrition Society Sept 21-23, 2025. CNSC is a prominent event held every two years and serves as a platform for scientific exchange among nutrition science and food research professionals in China and around the world.

USDEC is sponsoring a session on Sept 22 entitled "Sports Nutrition: From Athletes to the General Population" in which several experts will present. During the program Chang Su, from our USDEC China office and Professor Peng Zhou from our partner at Jiangnan University (JU) will represent the U.S. dairy industry and share application research in sports nutrition using U.S. dairy protein and permeate ingredients. Dairy protein in senior nutrition will be addressed by Dr. Cuiqing Chang, Director of Research Division Sports Nutrition & Biochemistry, Institute of Sports Medicine, Peking University Third Hospital. All this is meant to reinforce that U.S. dairy industry is committed to China market and U.S. is a great source for the valued dairy ingredients in sports nutrition and beyond.
