The Global Ingredient Database is a unique analytical tool that provides individual ingredient level consumption, production, import and export volumes for 38 countries on historic and forecast bases. It enables greater granularity, depth and transparency than traditional HS-code based trade data and fills the gaps where trade statistics are non-existent to help size market opportunities.
