U.S. Cheese Foodservice Seminar

USDEC will organize a half-day foodservice seminar in Beijing aiming to educate the local trade (importers/distributors as well as end-users) about the breadth and depth of the U.S. cheese industry's offering and capabilities. Western-style restaurants and chains account for over 60% of Chinese cheese consumption increase every year, representing a major outlet for cheese sales in this market. U.S. suppliers are invited to attend and mingle with the local trade and showcase their respective supply capabilities to more than 70 importers as well as hotel and restaurant chefs.
