Industry Training Workshops - Bakery

USDEC is offering four technical training workshops on February 28 and March 1 (two each day) to Mexican bakery manufacturers. Via classroom and hands-on training sessions, the workshops educate bakers on why and how to formulate with U.S. dairy ingredients for functionality, nutrition, processing and sustainability benefits. While USDEC training workshops in Mexico have typically been geared toward small to medium-sized manufacturers, this series is being offered to larger (Class A) bakeries and will be conducted in conjunction with the Mexican bakery association CANAINPA at their Mexico City training center.

Since 2021, Mexico industry training workshops have opened new doors for U.S. dairy suppliers, introducing them to a previously untapped customer base in Mexico and providing the foundation to develop loyal relationships.
