USDEC is putting the spotlight on U.S. dairy ingredients through a series of webinars highlighting their multifaceted advantages, with focus ranging from functionality and innovation potential to nutrition benefits and alignment with consumer demand.

During this installment, Rohit Kapoor, VP of Product Research, National Dairy Council, will provide an overview of the U.S. dairy ingredient product portfolio, introducing composition, product streams, and benefits that end-users can leverage in a variety of applications. This will include insight into product characteristics and formulation considerations, positioning U.S. ingredients as a nutritional and functional innovation solution in a wide range of products.

For this webinar, streaming for trade in multiple markets creates different times and dates to choose from for those USDEC Members interested in attending. While broadcasts will be customized for the target audiences through language and subtitling, there will be an option for English audio. It will be broadcast in each of the below markets during the indicated times, with simultaneous translation available.
