Think U.S. Dairy for nourishing ideas at IFT 2014

Value-added U.S. dairy ingredients nourished on-trend innovations for worldwide appeal at the 2014 Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo, June 21 to 24 at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, La. At Booth 4925, the U.S. Dairy Export Council® (USDEC) highlighted three new prototypes that meet today's consumer demands and trends, from healthy aging and other benefits of higher protein diets to simple label and delectable culinary sensations. In addition, the prototypes showcased how U.S. dairy ingredients deliver much-needed flavor, functionality and nutrition to nourish business success.

USDEC's Booth 4529 provided the many resources offered by our dairy producer checkoff-funded activities and affiliated organizations. USDEC nourished collaboration with product developers delivering expertise - dairy nutrition, products and application research -from the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy®, Dairy Research Institute®, Dairy Management Inc.™ and the National Dairy Council®.
