U.S. Dairy Export Council® Packs Protein into IFT16 Prototypes

The U.S. Dairy Export Council® (USDEC) will prove how U.S. dairy products and ingredients contribute to on-trend foods and beverages at the 2016 Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting & Food Expo. Delicious prototypes at the USDEC booth will demonstrate the benefits of U.S. dairy ingredients in snack and mini-meal applications.

Three new prototypes will show how the U.S. dairy industry helps formulators meet consumer demand for clean labels, quality protein and day-to-day convenience. Each prototype has a set of benefits targeting influential audiences. These benefits include healthy aging, protein quantity, weight wellness, unique flavor profiles and global inspiration.

Visitors to booth 1931 will learn how the U.S. dairy industry works alongside food and beverage manufacturers to help produce new products that are formulated successfully to meet the needs of consumers.
