Fi Asia

With the recent announcement to postpone the Fi Asia in-person event to 2022 (for the safety of participants and exhibitors) and instead feature an online-only event this September, USDEC’s participation will also be virtual. The change in format (to be held September 9 - 22, 2021) offers new opportunities to introduce how sustainable and nutritionally advantageous U.S. dairy ingredients can help meet Thai customers' innovation success.

As part of Dairy Day on the event’s virtual program on September 14, USDEC will host multiple sessions, one exploring how the Southeast Asian Food & Beverage industry can capitalize on market and consumer trends with U.S. dairy proteins and another on dairy farmers' and processors' sustainability journey, including the industry's ambitious future goals and efforts to be carbon neutral by 2050.

Additionally, up to four USDEC members will also have the opportunity participate in the event through pre-recorded presentations showcasing the advantages of their U.S. dairy ingredient product portfolios, with particular focus on dairy proteins.

Presentation slots will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. The Fi Asia online event will target the R&D and food technologist staff from leading food and beverage manufacturers and researchers in the region, with a primary audience in Thailand. Don't miss this chance to engage with potential customers!

USDEC members interested in additional details and potentially presenting as part of USDEC’s participation in the Fi Asia virtual event should email Keith Meyer kmeyer@usdec.org as soon as possible.
