Bravo! U.S. Strikes Gold Again at the World Cheese Awards 

This year's World Cheese Awards in London again honored U.S. cheesemakers for producing some of the finest cheese in the world. U.S. cheese varieties received 13 gold, 17 silver and 12 bronze medals at the renowned international competition. Of particular note, a U.S. cheddar won "best extra mature traditional cheddar" in a class historically dominated by the British.
