This seminar will highlight how U.S. whey and milk proteins are an ideal fit with top trends driving growth in the global food and beverage industry, notably trends for high-protein foods and clean label applications. Confirmed speakers include Lu Ann Williams, Director of Innovation at Innova Market Insights, as well as Robert Beausire, President of KaiNutra, LLC. 

The half-day seminar will be held from 1:15-4:30 pm at the Bellesalle Shinjuku Central Park. Seminar attendees will include R&D and management staff of Japanese manufacturers as well as importers and distributors.
