U.S. Dairy Ingredient Seminar

October 3–5, 2017

Casablanca, Morocco

USDEC research in 2015 identified North Africa as a promising region where demand for dairy is surging, though competition from the EU and New Zealand is keen. As our competitors aggressively target this region, let's demonstrate the United States' commitment to this market and showcase the benefits of U.S. dairy.

The seminar, to be held at the Sheraton Casablanca on October 4, will primarily target Moroccan customers, though select importers and end-users from other North African countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Libya) will also be invited. In total, a carefully curated group of approximately 65 buyers and decision-makers are expected to be in attendance. The seminar sessions will highlight the U.S. dairy industry's evolving product portfolio and future supply and demand outlook, alongside time for members to individually introduce their companies. USDEC members will also have multiple platforms for one-on-one engagement with customers: a table-top showcase and a reception following the seminar on October 4, and time permitting, additional one-on-one meetings on October 5.

USDEC will hold a member-exclusive orientation briefing on October 3, preceding the seminar.  We will introduce the growing market opportunities in North Africa alongside best practices to successfully navigate and seize the best prospective business opportunities in the region.
