In conjunction with Jiangnan University, USDEC is hosting a workshop that will focus on the innovation edge that U.S. dairy proteins deliver in developing winning products. A roster of international speakers and panelists will highlight the nutritional benefits, functional advantages and technical considerations for utilizing U.S. dairy proteins in various food and beverage applications, as well as deliver actionable insights on the latest market trends and how U.S. dairy can meet the demand of today's discerning consumer.

The invited participants will include R&D staff of local food & beverage manufacturers.
Participating U.S. suppliers will have the opportunity to introduce their company and product portfolio during the workshop.
