Eight R&D decision makers from Southeast Asian yogurt, beverage and health and nutrition companies are traveling to the United States for a technical training mission being held in conjunction with the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) show in Chicago.

USDEC offers three ways for members to engage with the Southeast Asian delegation, whose interests span U.S. whey/milk proteins, permeate, milk powder and more. To confirm your participation or interest, please contact Kristi Saitama at ksaitama@usdec.org or 703-528-3049.

  • July 16-17: USDEC will schedule appointments (25-minute sessions) to visit members’ booths at IFT, creating an opportunity to introduce your company, U.S. ingredient portfolios and any product prototypes you are showcasing.
  • July 15, 2018 (7:00pm~): Join USDEC for a pre-IFT member dinner to meet and network with the mission delegates.
