U.S. Dairy Export Guide 

The U.S. Dairy Export Council presents the first comprehensive trade reference guide on the Internet for U.S. dairy exporters. It provides a wealth of practical information on market access for 63 countries, compiled and interpreted by industry experts. This database includes four volumes: Global Tariff Survey, Health Certification & Inspection Requirements, Labeling & Product Standards and Codex Alimentarius Standards.

USDEC Exporter’s Sourcebooks

The USDEC Exporter’s Sourcebook collection includes 7 volumes that present U.S. and world data on trade, production, utilization, imports and exports of cheese, SMP, WMP, MPCs, whey, lactose and value-added products.

The Cheese Exporter’s Guides were designed to provide new as well as experienced U.S. cheese exporters with a clear image of key international cheese markets from local business culture to cheese consumption patterns and key industry players.  The collection currently includes 6 guidebooks covering the following countries and region: Japan, South Korea, China & Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

World Dairy Trade Trends

A complete source book on world dairy trade. It includes a summary of current country and products trends and is useful in evaluating the potential demand for dairy products both worldwide and in specific markets.
